Ingredients:
3 blood oranges, peeled and sliced
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
Black olives to taste
Sette Templi extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Preparation:
Arrange the orange slices on a plate.
Add the fennel on top.
Season with salt, pepper, and a generous drizzle of Sette Templi oil.
Finish with black olives and a few fresh mint leaves.
