Description: Green Olive Pâté Seasoned in Extra Virgin Olive Oil Nocellara del Belìce. Only Sicilian Nocellara del Belice olives are used. Spreadable green olive cream, seasoned with Mediterranean flavors and aromas. The product is available in a 180 g glass jar.

Ingredients: Green olives (96.33%), extra virgin olive oil (3%), garlic, vinegar, parsley, oregano, chili pepper, wild fennel, salt. Antioxidant: Lactic acid (0.1%) Acidifier: L-Ascorbic acid (0.1%).May contain pit fragments.
Features: Seasoned green olive pâté, in extra virgin olive oil, creamy and perfect for spreading. The seasoned green olive cream offers a harmony of typically Mediterranean flavors. The taste of Nocellara del Belice is paired with other aromas. Garlic, parsley, oregano, chili pepper, and wild fennel enhance the intense flavor of the fresh olive fruit, enriching the cream.
Origin: Olives grown and harvested at the olive groves of Turnaturi Carmela farm, in the territory of Castelvetrano (TP), a few kilometers from Selinunte.
Processing: The harvest of Nocellara del Belice olives is manual and takes place at the olive groves of Azienda Agricola Carmela Turnaturi. The olives are picked green, carefully recognizing the right degree of ripeness. The fruits are then processed to obtain the pâté and seasoned with the other ingredients. Only at the end is extra virgin olive oil and salt added. The product is then packaged in glass jars.
Shelf life: 18 months
Storage: avoid exposing the jar to heat sources or direct light. Once opened, store in the fridge.
Pairings: The seasoned green olive pâté is a versatile product, although its flavor is distinctive and intense. It is perfect for topping crostini, slices of bread, and bruschetta. It can also be used to prepare tasty sauces for first and second courses. It pairs well with meats, cheeses, and even fish.
