Ingredients: Olives (99.8%), water, salt. Acidifier: L-Ascorbic acid. Antioxidant: Lactic acid (0.1%).
Characteristics: Nocellara del Belice green olives, with a fresh and intense flavor. Crunchy texture, medium-large size. Whole olives with pit.
Processing: The Nocellara del Belice olives are harvested exclusively by hand. The process follows traditional Sicilian artisanal methods. The olive retains its initial crunchiness and becomes sweeter. The vacuum packaging preserves the original characteristics of the product.
Shelf life: 6 months
Storage: Avoid exposing the package to heat sources or direct light. Once opened, keep the package in the fridge at +4°C.
